The a.m. group can cut the suppository band in strips of 3-4-5-6 suppositories and it can stack 2-3-4 strips before positioning them in the cartoner drawer chain. Also the CT 1 can automatically reject the defective packages, i.e. the not filled strips and the strips marked with the hole punched by the special punching device, positioned after the filling pump.

The filler can be fitted to all Sarong lines and especially to unit-dose packaging lines. It is composed of one set of modular pumping groups in order to allow the required configuration according to the pack center distance.

The mechatronic drive allows to fill products having different density.. It is equipped with C.I.P. with automatic positioning of the components.

A heating system to heat the different parts in contact with product may be supplied on request.

The filler on trolley is a separate unit and it can be moved along with its tank to the special cleaning areas.
