It was back in 1665, under the reign of Louis XIV, that the Saint-Gobain group, at the time known as the Manufacture Royale des Glaces, was founded. By asserting its leadership in the premium glass industry, the group’s international reputation grew over the centuries, enhanced by a series of landmark achievements… From the Hall of Mirrors in Versailles to the Pyramide du Louvre, Saint-Gobain’s technicity, rigor and innovation potential have been confirmed year after year.
After the industrial revolution, Saint-Gobain diversified its business portfolio setting up several divisions. The “Packaging - Bottles and Jars” division, founded in 1918, is today called Verallia.
In a context of market premiumization, the Selective Line brand was established in 2008 as “Verallia’s premium brand signature”, to meet an ever-growing demand for customization, in terms of glass creations or décors.

The Creativ’Lab Décor – Verallia was set up to help you produce in one day your décor prototype, directly industrializable. Working from your décor idea, our graphic designer adapts your creation to the decoratable surface of the bottle chosen. Once the template has been made, our décor experts then decide, according to your expectations, the techniques best suited to producing and enhancing your techniques décor.
