Shinko Kasei Co., Ltd. provides all sorts of clear packaging, display stand, product packaging promotional tools, and stationary products.
Shinko Kasei Co., Ltd., known as an innovative clear box manufacturer, started on 1954 as a plastic material trading company. With its yearly professional experience of industrial material knowledge, and distribution connection, the company established its clear box packaging manufacturing on 1990. In response to the global awareness of environmental impact concern, Shinko Kasei succeeded in development of its PP Automatic Bonding Machine that produces clear PP box without using the controversial material (PVC) on 1992, and has since improved its production rate.
On 1996, it develops Japan’s first One-touch Clear PP Box Automatic Bonding Machine and provides dramatic efficiency improvement for production process.
Later on 1999, Shinko Kasei imports Automatic Welder Machine (Thermo-contact Welder) from Germany and introduces soft PP raw film to the market to include a further wide range of packaging solution for consumer goods. In 2005, the company extends its production line with cartooning equipment, and adopts CTP color management system and digital toning system to enhance its color collaboration for growing demands on 2008.
In order to complete its total packaging and printing solution, Shinko Kasei adopts the industrial’s excellent machinery from Germany – Heidelberg offset printing machine, from Switzerland – Bobusuto Auto Platen Press Cutting Machine, and many more to assure its product quality and consumer experience satisfaction.
