Carl is an innovative, eco-friendly one-piece aerosol spray actuator designed to freshen shoes effortlessly. With its ribbed surface for better grip, it sprays in two opposite directions to cover the entire inside of the shoe. Utilizing the Integrated Spray technology, Carl has no POM insert, offering a mono-material solution that is fully recyclable with its polypropylene over cap. Carl enhances user experience while reducing environmental impact – practical, efficient and sustainable.

Integrated Spray Technology

Our proprietary one-piece spray solution with a patented technique integrates the functionality of the insert into the actuator. The two spray orifices are positioned just above the stem to optimize control and performance when activating the aerosol. Special chambers and channel designs stimulate the acceleration of particles into a swirling pattern. This innovative design enhances sustainability and ensures high performance.
