Your Lids Are Sealed! The 51R76 provides complete visual inspection of foil, plastic and multi-layer lids for seal integrity. This system is perfect for products in plastic tubs or cups, such as yogurts, puddings and apple sauce. The unit includes a 2-camera light tunnel and Silgan Vision’s signature touch-screen control cabinet. With an easy-to-use interface and learning feature, the 51R76 can accurately detect defects at speeds up to 800 containers per minute, including: lid (label) adherence, label centering, container "ovality", material defects such as pinholes.
