Sincoplas: moulding by injection, decoration, varnishing, metallisation and assembly of plastics parts
Created in 1946, Sincoplas is a French family-owned company specialized in plastic processing by injection moulding (injection,bi-injection,over-moulding).
- Sincoplas has specific expertise in the tooling to the decoration/completion of the product and manufactures various products, such as aesthetics parts (compacts, perfume/spraycaps, etc) and technical parts.
- Sincoplas’ headquarter is located in Bois-Colombes (5 kms from Paris) and its facility is located in Folembrayv(125kms North East of Paris).
- Its machines facility is homogeneous and includes presses with a clamping force from 10 to 1.000 metric Tons equipped with manipulators.
- The Company decorates by hot stamping, silk screen printing, pad printing, varnishing, & metallization.
- Assembling is realised by welding (ultrasonic, mirror or friction), by gluing, riveting or insert placing with special machines, etc...
- Sincoplas acquired recently a unique liquid metallisation production line and hence is one of the rare actors able to provide unique metallisation effects : Beyond the standard metallisation
(aluminium, chrome, gun metal,…), Liquid metallisation allows for new effects such as transparent metallisation, shading off or partial application: an innovation to serve marketing.
- The Company was certified ISO 9002 in 1998 and VALEO 1000 A +. Sincoplas has a quality assurance service with 4 personel and applies « just-in-time delivery ».
