Taiki began as a cosmetic sponge manufacturer and evolved into a leading cosmetic brush manufacturer and supplier of cosmetic containers, beauty masks, beauty wipes, and makeup application tools.

Founded more than 80 years ago in Japan, Taiki started as a family-owned sea sponge business. Taiki began producing sea sponges for makeup application and became a globally recognized sea sponge supplier.

Taiki understands the basis for each category – why each product was made in the first place – and how it meets the needs of consumers. Inspired by the Japanese philosophy of Kaizen, Taiki continues to focus on the next improvement that will make our customers’ products work better on the skin of their consumer.

One of the many organizations Taiki supports is Children’s Future. Children’s Future believes that individual transformation is necessary to rebuild a generation of professionals lost by genocide in Cambodia. Every day their comprehensive programs nurture and educate the most resource-poor children because too many are forced to survive without the dignity or opportunity necessary to realize their potential.
