Tai Mei Acrylic Co., Ltd. has more than 50 years of experience with injection as well as hand-made acrylic products. Our crystal clear acrylic products cover a wide range of household functions.
Injection Molding
Tai Mei Acrylic's modern manufacturing plants are equipped with state-of the art injection molding machines, with robotics capable of running all types of thermoplastics for consumer and industrial applications.
Our manufacturing facilities in the U.S. and Taiwan have 27 injection machines, equipped with robotics that range from 100-ton to 500-ton capacity. Each unit is monitored by a CIM system which greatly enhances our ability to maintain consistent process control.
Mold Design
Tai Mei Acrylic can also provide support in the areas of product/mold design and mold making. Our fully staffed design department is experienced in product design and current mold design technology.
The tooling department employs highly knowledgeable mold makers with over 60 years combined experience in the trade, as well as support personnel, giving us the capability to manufacture molds as well as maintain existing production requirements.
The in-house tool room also supplies quick, efficient turnaround, avoiding expensive downtime when molds require attention during production.
Fabrication
Additionally, Tai Mei Acrylic can supply fabricated and thermoformed items as well as perform secondary operations such as imprinting and hot stamping.
Our fabrication department is equipped with computer controlled machinery that provides consistency from product lot to product lot.
Our employees are skilled in all facets of fabricating and round out our overall emphasis on efficient, quality production. We also specialize in casted acrylic products, of which involves a production process known to only a very few number of companies around the globe.
