Technoprint have successfully rolled out BSI’s Entropy eGRC and document control system across the whole organisation, providing a central online repository for controlled documents, audit reports, non-conformance and training.

Chris Ashworth, Quality Systems Manager says, “This system provides an efficient company-wide system for reporting NCRs and opportunities for improvement.

"However additionally to this the reporting tools enable real-time analysis of issues and the document control tools reduce manual processes such as  archiving revisions of documents.

"Technoprint plan to integrate this system into all parts of the organisation and are working closely with BSI on future development”.

We can’t wait to get started on our outfits – just kidding Alan!

    Machinery, Plastic

One particularly busy shift, Alan our MD was proudly inspecting row upon row of neatly shrink-wrapped trays.

One of our largest ever orders was about to be loaded onto multiple trucks. Whilst filled with pride and satisfaction of a job well-done, he couldn’t help but notice how much plastic was now going to be ripped off and thrown away. He wasn’t the only one.

Over at Teva Runcorn Matt Donnelly and Rob Broley, Packaging Technologist colleagues, were having the same conversation. The next day Alan and Chris, our Quality Systems Manager, started developing a tray that was simple in design, but would save time and waste on the packing lines of our biggest customer.

Our wrap-free secure trays are now in use on Teva’s fully automated packing line.
