Italian packaging company Valmatic, which specializes in fashioning single-dose containers, recently partnered with Deisa Ebano Spa to help create an ideal packaging for their latest innovation, the Zig Zag sting and bite care line with multi-strip packs. Thanks to a pre-perforated top, the practical ampoules can be easily opened and used even away from home - at work, school, etc.
 
Valmatic has developed these Zig Zag packs to contain two strips of five 1ml ampoules of product. The plastic film used to hold the Zig Zag body care product is a multilayer solution with EVOH (the oxygen barrier keeps the product stable over time). Thanks to a pre-perforated top, these practical ampoules can be easily opened and used even away from home. Convenient and light, they can be carried in a purse to work, school, etc.

The Zig Zag case by Valmatic is equipped with a Europa hole for easy hanging, also guaranteeing on-shelf visibility. Deisa Ebano appreciated the functionality, precise dosage control, and fragrance preservation guarantee of Valmatic’s thermoformed single-dose packs. In this case the packaging went hand in hand with "creating" an innovative product.

The quality guarantee of the Valmatic packs must be noted. Until the moment the ampoule is opened and used, the topical solution remains in a microbiologically controlled environment, while the other doses remain protected in their separate packs, ready for later use.
