1810 Flat Plastic Caps

Viscose supplies 1810 flat plastic caps, as a one piece closure, made from Polyethylene (HDPE) compression moulding 144 knurls with plug and vertical side sealing for non returnable PET bottles cap weight 2,77 + 0.05g. Plug – seal suitable for 7g / carbonation. 28mm for 1810 neck finish, wide range of standard colours and can be printed up to 3 colours.

Plastic Sports Cap

Viscose supplies a 3 piece push pull plastic sports cap which fits onto a PCO 1810 & 1881 neck finish. The HDPE made pourer is equipped with a bore seal and a moulded tamper evidence band which assures the integrity of the product. The PE made LLDPE slide is easy to pull-up for drinking after the PP made dust cover has been opened by breaking its moulded tamper evidence bridges. The dust cover is furnished with venting holes. Our plastic sports cap is suitable for cold filling, screw on, PET bottles, with neck diameters of 28mm, 30mm & 38mm. A wide range of colours available.
