The World Packaging Organisation (WPO) is pleased to announce the launch of the third edition of its Lifetime Achievement in Packaging Award. This initiative was established with the aim of acknowledging and rewarding excellence in all aspects of packaging science, technology, design and application across every country around the world. WPO is in a unique position to identify leading practitioners across the globe. WPO honoured 4 highly qualified recipients last May during the WorldStar Awards ceremony in Gold Coast, Australia.
The discipline of packaging is one that is truly global. Therefore, each WPO member (representing a voting member of the national country) will have the opportunity to make up to one nomination this year via the online registration form. The first group of honorees will be selected by December of 2018 and will be recognised during the WorldStar Awards Ceremony in Prague, Czech Republic, May 2019.
