About us

For more than 40 years Zellaerosol has specialised in the manufacture and filling of aerosols and flowable preparations. Besides aerosol sprays and foams, the focus of the current production programme is on mechanical pump sprays, roll-ons and liquids.

Thanks to its many years experience in the aerosol sector, extensive know-how and modern, flexible production plants, Zellaerosol is well placed to provide customers from the fields of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, household and engineering with optimum, customised solutions for the manufacturing of their products.

Zellaerosol supports its customers from planning through development to the manufacturing of their products. What’s more, it advises them on subjects ranging from the purchasing of raw materials and packaging media, in compliance with statutory rules and regulations up to the shipment.

Environment

Amongst the German aerosol contract manufacturers, Zellaerosol has the longest practice and experience with the HFC- and CFC-substituting propellants propane-butane and DME.

Impermeable, electrically conductive floors designed as collecting reservoirs in production and warehousing as well as fire extinguishing water retention basins contribute towards environmental protection. Production residues of different fractions are consistently separated as an important prerequisite for their re-utilisation. Moreover, Zellaerosol helps to protect the environment through heat recovery during the generation of compressed air.
