ACTEGA WIT and ACTEGA Kelstar, leading manufacturers in the innovation of inks, coatings and adhesives for packaging and printing markets, announce the formal merger of the two legal entities to form ACTEGA North America, Inc. This merger aligns itself with the corporate ACTEGA Division goals to reposition the company focus on market segments rather than technologies. Furthermore, by becoming ACTEGA North America, Inc., the company will have the ability to better service its growing customer base and offer them an unmatched superior product portfolio.

“We have restructured our customer facing organization to align with the way our customers see themselves” said Mark Westwell, President and CEO of ACTEGA North America. “Our employees are also excited about the new opportunities this change brings, to provide outstanding products and service to our customers. Our efforts so far will help extend our leading position in the printing and packaging industry.”

There will be no immediate changes for customers. However, the transition into the reorganization of one company will improve service and make it easier to do business with ACTEGA North America.
