Anisa International adds strength and expertise to leadership team

Anisa International, a global leader in the design and manufacturing of cosmetic brushes, announces the addition of three new executives to its leadership team and a new Senior Creative Director. These new team members bring with them strong expertise from the beauty and manufacturing space to support the organization's strategic plan for growth and to strengthen its current position as the trusted source for innovative concept-to-consumer brush solutions.

Joining the Executive Leadership Team is Sarina Godin, Chief Product Officer; Fred Lewis, Chief Operating Officer; and Ty Kirk, SVP of Finance. They are accompanied by the organization's current leadership, Anisa Telwar Kaicker, Founder & CEO; Jill MacRae, SVP of Marketing and Communications; Cindy Chang, SVP of Innovation and Product Development; and Zhanna Gershanok-Moody, VP of Human Resources. This team is responsible for setting corporate strategy and driving company growth initiatives, which include private label expansion in domestic and European markets, new consumer licensing development, and direct-to-consumer testing strategies.

Sarina Godin brings years of industry experience to her new role as Chief Product Officer. Godin will lead all research and product innovation, and play an integral role in developing company strategy, marketing, and business operations. Godin most recently served as President at butter London, and prior to that, as VP of Product Development at Bare Escentuals.

As Chief Operating Officer, Fred Lewis will play a critical role in supporting both international and domestic operations as well as driving Anisa International's responsible manufacturing efforts. Lewis oversaw the recent opening of Anisa Jinghai, the first automated ferrule anodization facility of its kind.

Prior to joining Anisa International, Lewis was VP of Global Operations at Vista Outdoor Products, Inc., and before that he served as SVP of Operations and Supply Chain at Igloo Product Corp.

Ty Kirk, SVP of Finance, brings his expertise in managing domestic and international finance and accounting operations to his new position. Previously, Kirk held various leadership roles at Berry Global Corporation, most recently serving as the company's GM and CFO, where he led acquisition and integration activities for Berry's global expansion into China and South-East Asia.

As SVP of Marketing and Communications, Jill MacRae leads the marketing department in the assessment and execution of strategic opportunities in both private label and direct-to-consumer initiatives. MacRae joined Anisa International in 2016 as SVP of Sales and Marketing Strategy. Prior to that, she served as Executive Vice President of Global Commerce for SPANX and also held key roles at consumer brands, including Starbucks Coffee Company, Dunkin' Brands and Planet Hollywood International.

Zhanna Gershanok-Moody leads the human resources department as VP of Human Resources. In this role she focuses on the alignment of business strategy to human capital strategy and manages all HR functions and initiatives. Additionally, Moody works collaboratively with the HR Director at Anisa Tianjin to champion the company's values and corporate culture. Prior to becoming VP, Moody held various leadership roles throughout her 12-year tenure at Anisa.

Cindy Chang, SVP of Innovation and Product Development, brings with her more than 13 years in the beauty tools and packaging manufacturing industry. Most recently, she built and led the product design and sales teams for HCT Group and will lead the Anisa Business Development team in designing and creating the most relevant products and solutions for the organization's key customer partners.

In addition to expanding the executive leadership team, Anisa International welcomes Senior Creative Director Allen Gaoiran to their marketing team. Gaoiran brings 18 years of design to his role, with a focus on brand strategy, conceptual development and packaging design. Previously, Gaoiran served as Senior Creative Director for HauteHouse Brands and spearheaded creative campaigns for global companies, including Estee Lauder, Sephora, Unilever Brands, P&G beauty brands and Godiva.

Moreover, 22 percent admitted to never cleaning them, according to a recent online survey conducted by Harris Poll on behalf of Anisa International, a global leader in the design and creation of unique beauty tools and solutions.
