Our two sites comprise 14 independent suites, including one with an adjacent cold storage room dedicated to temperature-sensitive products. For products with a TOR 0 (Time Out of Refrigeration), all packaging operations are carried out at 2/8°C.

A separate dedicated area for primary packaging, with 4 state-of-the-art suites. Suites with controlled temperature and relative humidity for moisture-sensitive products. Our equipment is not allocated to a specific suite, allowing us great flexibility (suite configuration is adapted to the project).
Deblistering / Blistering
- Our Mecaplastic and Pentapack blister lines are equipped for various formats, enabling production of customized blister sizes, plus a camera inspection system for production traceability
- Blisters are available in a variety of materials: PVC/Alu, PVC PVDC/Alu, PVC PE PVDC/Alu, Alu/Alu
- Blisters can be directly printed and pre-cut
- Many types of product can be packed: capsules, hard capsules, soft gelatin capsules, liquid capsules, acid-resistant capsules, tablets, pessaries, syringes etc.
- Blister packs can contain one drug or two different drugs
Bottling
- Manual and semi-automated bottling
- Ability to handle many bottle sizes and types: HDPE or glass
- Various options available: child-proof, desiccant, induction sealing
Restricted area dedicated to designing and printing labels, leaflets and any other documents required.

Our broad range of printers allows us to perform black & white or colour printing and over-printing of booklet labels in-house.
For blinded studies, we can provide code break envelopes or scratch-off lists, and generate or import randomization lists.
