A separate dedicated area for primary packaging, with 4 state-of-the-art suites. Suites with controlled temperature and relative humidity for moisture-sensitive products. Our equipment is not allocated to a specific suite, allowing us great flexibility (suite configuration is adapted to the project).

Deblistering / Blistering

• Our Mecaplastic and Pentapack blister lines are equipped for various formats, enabling production of customized blister sizes, plus a camera inspection system for production traceability
• Blisters are available in a variety of materials: PVC/Alu, PVC PVDC/Alu, PVC PE PVDC/Alu, Alu/Alu
• Blisters can be directly printed and pre-cut
• Many types of product can be packed: capsules, hard capsules, soft gelatin capsules, liquid capsules, acid-resistant capsules, tablets, pessaries, syringes etc.
• Blister packs can contain one drug or two different drugs

Bottling

• Manual and semi-automated bottling
• Ability to handle many bottle sizes and types: HDPE or glass
• Various options available: child-proof, desiccant, induction sealing
