    Human Precursor Cells

    Human Precursor Cells are isolated from 14-16 weeks gestation tissue and selected in tyrosine free medium supplemented with a mixture of growth factors. The cells are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to tyrosine hydroxylase (TH). Human Dopaminergic Neuronal Precursor Cells are cryopreserved at passage 2 and delivered frozen. T25 flasks is required for cell adhension to the culture vessels. Grow cells in ECM-coated culture vessels with 5% CO2. Each vial contains at least 1x10^6 cells per ml.
