The 4th edition of the contest organized by the "Allmazing", online platform created 2 years ago by Katia De Martino, CEO of Essentia Beauty, closed a few weeks ago.

The contest was themed this year: "Create a new iconic lipstick". Chloé Vincent, Emma Rochedix and Clémence Cornaert, all three, students of the French school Esepac, and Rezziero di Maio from the Italian design school ISIA di Faenzah, were respectively singled out.

"Allmazing" stemmed from the intuition of Katia De Martino, an Italian-French entrepreneur, convinced of the power of crowdsourcing as a source of inspiration, sharing and involvement for young designers.

"The creation of the Allmazing platform is part of our drive to offer our customers always more creative added value," explained Katia de Martino CEO of Essentia Beauty, a Company with 20 years of experience in the contract development and manufacturing of cosmetics.

Allmazing currently organizes creative contests under the aegis of Essentia Beauty but also open to its customers. The aim: bring out new talents at the origin of innovative projects in the field of Fashion, Beauty and Design.

Each contest, launched on the web, takes the form of an event promoted by the press and social media. Then the blogosphere takes power by initiating the selection of the best projects. An exciting adventure, at the very heart of creation, where sharing is the watchword.

Create an innovative lipstick!

For the 4th edition of the "Allmazing" contest, which was open to all creators, the goal was to create an innovative lipstick in terms of design or application. Participants were first asked to perform a market analysis to identify past achievements and future trends. Given the complexity for evaluating the various projects, Philippe Bonneyrat, an experienced packaging engineer in the beauty sector, was asked to assess the technical aspects of each project in order to validate not only their aesthetics, but also their functionality and feasibility.

This year, the jury was composed of Sara Ravella, Executive Coach (former Communication Director, l'Oréal), Jean-Marie Martin-Hattemberg, Expert at the Court of Appeal of Versailles, member of the International Perfume bottle (U.S. Organization) and of the French Society of Perfumers, Vincent Gallon, Editor of the Premium Beauty News website, and Katia de Martino, CEO of Essentia Beauty.

The awarded projects and winners:

"The participation to this fourth edition of the" Allmazing "contest was very positive, and the projects submitted expressed creative capabilities and interesting and diversified innovations, be it in terms of design, functionality or gestures" highlighted Katia de Martino.
