For a bold, precise sweep, GCC’s Flex Liner is perfect, offering an ergonomically designed liquid liner that makes grasping the product so much easier than liners of the past. With the bendable eyeliner packaging, users are able to bend the handle to the required angle for better application.

Flex Liner’s ultra-fine tapered tip that follows the contour of your eyes seamlessly, the precision of the applicator makes easy work of hard to reach spots like the inner corners and lash line. It allows you to grasp full control for flawless results in one simple swipe.

The bottle is made of ABS; cap is AS. With a capacity of 4ml and a variety decoration options: spray painting, UV coating, metalizing, labeling, silk screening, hot stamping, hot transferable printing, paper sticker, it creates all kinds of beautiful imaginations.
