Extensive Process Capability

HCP’s manufacturing processes include injection moulding (IM), injection blow moulding (IBM) and extrusion blow moulding (EBM). Secondary processing capability includes UV vacuum metallising, UV spraying, soft touch technology, hot stamping, silk screen printing, in mould labelling and in-house mirror cutting. Mascara capability includes in-house mascara brush manufacturing with individual brush quality control.

Fast Prototyping/Pilot Tool Development

HCP offers a 3D CAD based ‘closed loop’ design capability which is linked to an in-house prototype modelling facility. This capability is complemented by an in-house pilot mould making facility that can provide pilot moulded samples in less than 35 days from design approval.

Production Tool Development

HCP’s in-house tool making capability, combined with long term established partnerships with approved external tool makers, in the US, Asia and Switzerland means HCP can build and qualify large or small scale production tools, according to the customers' project size and complexity.

Global/Local Technical Support

Technical resource is available from HCP’s experienced engineers located in the US, Asia and Europe. This technical service provides local support for customer developments.


HCP is experienced in exporting packaging on a global basis, with local inventory control if required.
