Moore & Buckle specialise in supplying reels and pouches, in both plain and printed form, to a wide variety of industries, including the food, agricultural and pharmaceutical markets.

For over 35 years, Moore and Buckle have specialised in bespoke pouch making, rewinding, slitting, laminating, sheeting and recovery work, amongst other specialist packaging work. We are well-known within the packaging industry for being able to quickly turn-around emergency jobs. Some of our clients have included McDonalds, Findus, Walls, Marks and Spencer and Glenmorangie Whisky.

We maintain a robust level of stock on site and this means we can provide material, often within 24 hours. We also hold a healthy level of ready made and finished stock of many different types and sizes of pouches.

The added value most of our clients enjoy is our ability to tailor make specific products – we do not force minimum order quantities as do some other less specialist suppliers, in terms of size, material and features – it really is up to you!

Our technical expertise and multiple industries knowledge is crucial to the right solution for you. Our in-house chemist has been with us for over 35 years and has vast experience in advising the correct material to use with your product, we work closely with every client and our well established procedures and quality control allow us to guarantee the product created and delivered is exactly that you have requested.

We also specialise in recovery work and we have been able to save clients several thousand pounds on product issues or damaged stock they believed had to be written off. This may include recovering damaged reels of material by means of rewinding, replacing crushed cores, oxyspraying (reducing friction on material), trimming and more.
