100% full surface decoration by Tu-Plast

  • NEOPAC The Tube

Tu-Plast Tubeproducing Ltd, established in 1998 in Hungary, is a fast growing PE Tube manufacturer in Central Europe that produces 70 million tubes a year.

The company - known for being Europe's first and best "all over the tube hot-stamping" decorator - has added the capacity to decorate tubes completely over 100% of the surface, with a variety of decoration techniques, ensuring their tubes look exactly how the client wishes them to look.

The initial release of full body hot-stamping made a big splash in the industry when it was released, and the company has since been fiddling with applying more decoration options to the entire surface of the tube.  This means that clients no longer need to deal with the white seal band along the top of the tube, nor do they need to eliminate decoration at certain points where the tube traditionally couldn't be touched (like the dispenser end, which had to remain white, as well).

One of the primary advantages of full printing technology is to provide a low cost solution and coloured tube imitations of white tubes that facilitate difficult print designs (portraits, images, gradient effects) in high-quality, offset print.

Tu-Plast's tubes can now be decorated with not only full body hot-stamping, but also full material colouring, 8-colour offset printing over the entirety of the tube, and 6-colour silk-screen printing.  The tubes are, prospectively, the most completely and easily decoratable tubes in the world.

For samples and guidance, Tu-Plast provides design consultancy in order to assist clients in taking advantage of the decoration options offered.
