In December, we delivered the first large-scale Fleximed® vial samples for stability tests. The tubes are filled by the customer and tested in accelerated conditions, i.e. stored for 6 months at 40°C. This corresponds to a two-year storage period at room temperature. At Hoffmann Neopac, we are eagerly looking forward to the results.

We also have news to report on Fleximed Easymix. Fleximed Easymix is the perfect solution when it comes to storing two or more components separately and mixing them together shortly before administration.

In order to increase compliance of this packaging, last year we developed an even better peelable laminate. The peelable seam ensures that both components are mixed easily and safely by pressing a chamber. There have also been developments in labelling, and together with a renowned supplier, we have come up with a clever labelling solution.

Neopac, a global provider of high-quality packaging and dosing applications for pharma, beauty, and oral care, highlighted several product introductions and sustainability advancements at CPhI Barcelona, the world’s largest pharmaceutical trade show, held October 24-26. At the company’s exhibit stand, Neopac introduced two of its latest innovations in the tube sector while also highlighting its recent RecyClass A rating for the entirety of its Polyfoil® MMB tube range.

Hoffmann Neopac Names Two Executives to Co-Lead U.S. Facility

Hoffmann Neopac, a global provider of high-quality packaging and dosing applications for pharma, beauty, and oral care, has appointed two new Co-Directors to lead its U.S. facility in Wilson, North Carolina, which until recently focused mostly on small diameter tubes for the pharmaceutical sector. Friedrich Holz was hired as Director of Finance & Administration and will co-lead the facility alongside Jonathan Tedder, who was promoted to Director of Operations.

Neopac wins Swiss packaging award for first application of novel tube procurement service

Hoffmann Neopac has won a Swiss Packaging Award in the Marketing category for the company’s initial project involving its recently launched DigitAll360° tube procurement service. Introduced earlier this year with an online marketplace, DigitAll360° offers intuitive ordering of digitally printed tubes with high-quality variable printing, precision color matching, flexible batch sizes and expedited delivery.
