PackSys Global, a world leader in the manufacturing of specialized equipment for packaging that designs and builds full lines for manufacturing and decorating packaging components, has delivered its first high-speed, 200 cpm monobloc aerosol can line.  PackSys Global (Thailand) designs and builds full production lines for aerosol cans in house.

The press, washer and necker are the only non-PSG equipments, and are traditionally at the customers’ discretion. Each of the other machines, i.e. the trimmer and brushing machine, internal lacquering machine, ovens, 8 color printing plant, etc... have been tested at production speeds of 200 cpm and above.

PackSys Global has also totally redesigned the enclosures of each machine with an eye towards operator access and style.
