Job Description Key Responsibilities & Competencies: Provides assistance and support to the Operator in preparing the equipment (set-up) for the production run Assists the Operator in monitoring the actual production run and provides required materials during the run Assists in monitoring the environment to ensure health, safety, environmental, food safety/security, and housekeeping policies and practices are followed Cleans equipment and prepares for future runs by gathering materials and equipment Maintains spirit of cooperation within the team and collaborate with others to achieve safety, quality, waste, and production goals
Qualifications, Experience, Requirements Minimum Requirements & Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent Previous flexible packaging experience preferred Must be able to work any shift and perform duties of any entry level position after training Ability to lift and push/pull 50-75 lbs and stand prolonged periods Ability to read a tape measure and possess basic computer skills.
