Printpack announced after its regular quarterly board meeting on November 14 that Dennis M. Love will retire as Chairman of the Board, effective December 31, 2016. James E. Love, III was elected to fill this position, in addition to his role as President and CEO.

Regarding this change, Dennis said, “It has been a wonderful experience to serve as Chairman and CEO of our family business for the better part of 30 years, and I am grateful to our directors and shareholders for this opportunity. Printpack is in a great position today, and I know our future is in good hands with the leadership transition to Jimmy and his team. I am looking forward to this new phase of my life, as well as to my continued involvement as a shareholder and Board member.”

Jimmy added, “I appreciate the support of our Board and my family shareholders as we finalize this important leadership transition. We have built a great team on whom I totally rely to continue growing and strengthening Printpack, and I thank them all for their support of and commitment to our family business.
