SONE Products specialises in the design and manufacture of small plastic packs for liquids, offering innovative application packaging solutions to a range of markets including e-liquid and cosmetics.
We have over 40 years' experience of working with a portfolio of leading brands and our manufacturing site in Britain ensures that we offer reduced lead times, exceptional customer service and total control of the supply chain.
As well as our range of standard products, we provide a bespoke design service for brands which require a truly unique pack, offering a complete service from product design through to manufacture and component assembly.
Our markets
E-liquid
We offer a comprehensive range of 10ml, 30ml, 60ml and 120ml e-liquid bottles, developed with a focus on quality, safety and legislative compliance. Packs are available in a choice of bottle and cap colour and a selection of materials with the option of having a totally new pack, custom designed.
Cosmetics
With substantial experience in supplying applicator packs such as mascaras, lip gloss packs, lip liners and eye liners to the world’s most prestigious colour cosmetics brands, we provide a total pack solution that includes design, manufacture and assembly, all from our site in Britain.
Other markets
Ranging in size from 2ml - 30ml, our plastic packs, with integrated applicators or droppers, are used in markets where controlled and accurate dispensing is a key requirement. Examples of these markets include Home security, Adhesives, Rust removal, DIY, Diagnostics and Pet care.
