Screen printing offers a great advantage through the possibility of printing various materials like for example glass, plastic or metal. By using UV colors, the changeover times are reduced because the color does not dry up. This results in a stable printing process and a higher running time of the machine. Due to a new process, it is possible to decorate glass, too, durably with UV colors. High-resolution halftone prints were not possible on glass up to now because the color was not stable in the long run. Thanks to the UV technology, it is possible to print UV colors on glass now. Before the UV colors were applied, these were tested for a long time. All tests ran positively and have shown that the print images did not change and that the brilliance remained.
