    With 17 tampon printing machines, the spectrum of 1 color prints up to 6 color prints is covered. The tampon fits due to its high amount of elasticity to the differing printed materials without problems and makes it possible to print even highly complex surfaces. With the help of tampon printing, diverse materials can be printed: ceramics, plastics, metal, glass etc.

    Hot foil Stamping

    With more than 70 hot foil stamping machines with differing equipment and capacities, we can finish all forms and boxes with hot foils from the simple pad embossing to the complex all round embossing. The diverse selection of embossing foils, like for example metallic, high gloss, colored and hologram foils, allow for an almost and unlimited number of design possibilities. Through various techniques like for example flat embossing, relief embossing or structural embossing, the printed product becomes even more individual. Foils provide a metal-like effect as a flexible alternative to metallization.     Screen Printing

    The area of screen printing has 18 machines with various equipment: Fully automatic for the printing of hollow bodies, as well as for differing items like seals, tubes and cups with up to three print colors for each passage. Semi-automatic for smaller quantities and special printing Own production of the printing screens. Screen printing offers a great advantage through the possibility of printing various materials like for example glass, plastic or metal. By using UV colors, the changeover times are reduced because the color does not dry up. This results in a stable printing process and a higher running time of the machine. Due to a new process, it is possible to decorate glass, too, durably with UV colors. High-resolution halftone prints were not possible on glass up to now because the color was not stable in the long run. Thanks to the UV technology, it is possible to print UV colors on glass now. Before the UV colors were applied, these were tested for a long time. All tests ran positively and have shown that the print images did not change and that the brilliance remained.
