Since 1972, year of foundation, we have been providing precision machining of metals, particularly stainless steel AISI 304 and AISI 316. Forty years of experience in this field have made our Company a partner with the technical means and a production structure able to meet the continuous demands of the market.
This is our field:
– The design and production of volumetric dosers in stainless steel, in particular for semiautomatic and automatic filling machines, groups of dosage, capping machines. These machines are used in food, chemical, cosmetic and herbal sector.
– Turning and general machining of stainless steel, aluminum, bronze, brass, titanium, based on exterior drawings and specifications.
– Design and manufacture of machines and plants of various kinds.
Today, production spaces reach a covered area of approximately 1,000 square feet.
Seven people all involved in administration, sales processes, technical design, purchasing department. The management of CNC machines, automatic warehouse, assembly department and quality control is entrusted to a dozen specialized technicians. The organization system is able to follow from the project step with suitable programs, up to the testing of the complete machine. The manufacture of parts follows a process that combines the craftsmanship care of details with equipment for an industrial production.
