This machine has been designed to cap aluminium twist-off caps or pre-threaded plastic caps on different container dimensions. The machine works with compressed air and it is actuated by the operator by pushing simultaneously both start buttons situated on the sides of the machine. Small and lightweight, (350x350x700mm,15 Kg), the capping machine closes containers high until max 320mm.

Semiautomatic filling machines

Telm semi-automatic volumetric filling machines represent the ideal solution for operators with small and medium sized productions and for product sampling. Small and easy to use, they reach a high standard of quality in terms of accuracy and reliability of dosing. Simple controls make the machine easy to use even for the most inexperienced operator. The bench top basement allows utilisation on any working surface, while the floor standing structure on wheels allows to be easily moved. All machines are built up with clamp connections in order to make easier operations of assembly and disassembly without any tool. It can be done also by a single operator. In this way the filling machine is totally inspected and cleaning operations are extremely simple.
