New survey names TricorBraun Winepak best bottle supplier of 2017 - respondents describe customer service as "dazzling"

According to a published report by Vineyard & Winery Management, the survey received more than 700 responses from across the nation and covered 25 categories. In the survey, respondents cited TricorBraun WinePak's "competitive prices," "range of choices," "delivery" and "high quality products."

The award is gratifying and validates the company's approach, according to Andrew Bottene, Senior Vice President of TricorBraun WinePak. "We have a very dedicated team with tremendous integrity and passion," he said. "We understand this industry and we really understand our customers."

He said that TricorBraun WinePak's customer service continues to improve, where a lot of its competitors have slipped. Survey respondents pointed to the company's superior customer service, describing it as "dazzling," "outstanding" and "top notch."

Bottene said that because his company has multiple locations with warehouses throughout the western US and Canada, it can take care of customers regardless of where they are located. He also mentioned repacking and global sourcing capabilities as key elements of TricorBraun WinePak's 'difference.'

TricorBraun WinePak offers custom design, decorating, and repacking and is the largest wine bottle stocking distributor with over 100 styles and colors in stock, according to Bottene. "We supply all bottle sizes, closures and capsules and source the highest quality domestic and imported glass," he said.

According to Bottene, TricorBraun's quality assurance staff provides customers and sales staff with the tools and technical support to ensure quality and customer satisfaction throughout the entire process. "Our quality assurance staff isolates issues, provides solutions, helps to minimize downtime and expense and troubleshoots quality issues related to all facets of packaging," he said.

The long tenure of the company's sales people is another competitive advantage, said Bottene.

"It takes a special kind of company to be recognized as the best bottle supplier," he said. "For us, it's about a true dedication to creating and delivering the right solution, time after time. This is our third win in four years; we look forward to next year's survey."
