Mold-Rite Plastics acquires Weatherchem Corporation and Stull Technologies

The news is out and all have probably heard - three of the packaging industry's most trusted closure manufacturers have joined together to deliver greater value for customers. Through the acquisitions, these companies are now united to provide an expanded product portfolio, multiple manufacturing locations, the benefits of in-house tooling capabilities and outstanding innovation combined with unmatched flexibility and responsiveness.

What can customers expect during the transition? "Expect that you will continue to work with the same packaging experts that you have come to know and trust", promises Brian Bauerbach, President and CEO of Mold-Rite Plastics.  No services or orders will be interrupted at any of the three locations and all employees will remain to ensure a seamless integration. Additionally, the Weatherchem and Stull brands will be retained.
