Rod and applicator assembly machine

  • Ansder

Ansder CO. LTD., a leading cosmetic automation manufacturer with a strong R&D team in Taiwan, has launched a high-speed rod and applicator assembly machine for attaching doe feet to rods automatically. The bright innovation helps packaging suppliers save time, labour costs and raise output.

The machines are made of aluminum and stainless material. Ansder uses motors and cylinders made in Japan or from a Japanese brand produced in Taiwan, so the machine’s work is accurate, stable, and to decrease damage ratings. PLC runs by European and Japanese specifications and Ansder also uses a variety of global brands for main optional parts in order to lessen the mechanical downtime for users.

Traditionally, workers use tooling to combine rods and doe feet manually. It is an easy work but it takes a lot of time when the order placed is one million pieces. This machine can feed rods and doe feet automatically; moreover, users could set to feed applicators manually if needed. The standard output of this machine is 15,000~20,000pcs/8hrs. Fast, stable, accurate, long lasting of use, and low breakage of rods are its characteristics.

''What a fabulous machine though it looks ordinary at first sight!” said Tommy Chung, Factory Chief of a packaging manufacturer in Taiwan.

Ansder's outstanding R&D team is very proud of its functional design. Doe feet, lip brushes and pallets, eyeliners and mascara brushes can also be attached to rods as well with only some extra equipment.
