In this position you are responsible for one of our external vendors, manage the factory capacity and create demand forecasts.

Tasks & responsibilities

As Development Factory Coordinator you monitor the planned and assigned capacities as well as the long term demand and capacity forecasting.
You monitor the ongoing SAP developments, service level management and the monthly reporting.
Moreover you support release planning for SAP systems, derive capacity plans and prioritizations in case of bottlenecks.
You establish and maintain policies and procedures for an offshore engagement and you enforce the existing standards.
Furthermore you define, adjust and document development factory processes, maintain training material and perform trainings if required.
You drive continuous improvements and manage the relationship between internal teams and the factory.

Associate degree, in Computer Science, MIS or a training in related field
At least 3 years or more of working with SAP specifically configuration and development
2 years’ experience proven proficiency in managing client relationships and/or service management
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
ITIL certification preferred
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred
Fluent in English as well as demonstrated proficiency with time management
