Colour Coated Jars and Lids

Lids and bases in the same colour can be provided in smaller quantities than fully decorated jars. Metal packaging can be lacquered, colour coated or fully decorated with your chosen design. Metallic and non-metallic colours are available in matt and gloss finishes. Colours can be matched to pantone or special colour targets. Anodising can also be offered on some screw caps.

Decorated Jars

Both lids and bases can be decorated custom design. For a metallic finish, designs can be printed directly on to the metal substrate and for a solid non-metallic finish designs are printed on to a white undercoat. The choice of varnish can also change the overall feel of your design. We also offer a range of matt finishes as well as full gloss.

Induction Heat Seal Liners

Induction Heat Seal liners are now available for our flat tinplate caps for use with dried foods, healthcare and other products. They are suitable for PET and glass jars. Nominal Diameters – 38mm, 45mm, 53mm and Other sizes are available on request.

LUSH tins and lipbalms

Tins for the LUSH naked soaps are made and embossed at our London factory, and we also manufacturer the aluminium lip balm containers for LUSH too.

Printed and Embossed Discs/Name Plates

Disks, tags and nameplates can be manufactured in Tinplate and Aluminium

Scrumshus granola features a Roberts aluminium screwcap which is 100% recyclable!

We created a bespoke stamp to create this impactful embossing on The Bio D Company's new natural furniture polish.

Georganics' lids

Georganics crafts all its toothpastes in small batches in the Sussex countryside ensuring every jar is made of the highest quality, natural ingredients. And every container lid is made by Roberts using aluminium which means it can be infinitely recycled! #Repost @georganics

Sainsbury's spice caps

We worked with Sainsburys and provided them with these knurl tinplate screw cap lids. Knurl – that’s the name for the grippy part of the lid. When you’re done with these spice jars you can either use them again and simply refill them, or separate the glass jar and lid when you pop it in recycling.

Stokes' sauce caps

Stokes' ketchup and barbecue sauce screw caps are 100% recyclable and manufactured by Roberts Metal Packaging.

Embossed Packaging

Embossing is a great way to give metal packaging an extra special look. It's particularly ideal for branding metal closures for the beauty industry. Embossing or debossing is available on most screw-caps and jar lids and is a cost-effective way of customization which can also be used with colour coated and decorated components.
