Taesung expands its portfolio with the new Smart Dial Jar

Taesung has introduced the Smart Dial Jar, a new cosmetic packaging series designed to combine practical dispensing functionality with premium packaging design for beauty and personal care applications.

The Smart Dial Jar series is available in three models to accommodate a variety of cosmetic formulations:

TGD-01 – 50g (Ø64.5 × 60.7 mm)
TGD-02 – 12g (Ø38 × 60.1 mm)
TGD-02A – 15g (Ø38 × 60.1 mm)

Each model features a clean-use structure designed to minimize product residue, an anti-reverse rotation structure for stable operation, and a dial mechanism that delivers a consistent dispensing volume throughout use.

The Smart Dial Jar series is manufactured using a combination of PE, PP, PETG, and PET materials. Its transparent outer bottle and over cap are suitable for a variety of post-processing options, including coating, metallization, silk-screen printing, and hot stamping, allowing brands to create distinctive packaging designs.

By introducing the Smart Dial Jar series, Taesung continues to expand its cosmetic packaging portfolio with packaging solutions that combine functional dispensing performance and decoration flexibility for beauty and personal care brands.
