Machine Description:

The 12 mandrel turret of the CP-60-OR is indexed by a mechanical indexer and the functions performed at various stations are:

• 2 stations for tube loading on the mandrel
• 2 stations for top sealing (optional)
• Snap-on capping with tube and cap orientation and linear motor assisted capping
• Screw-on capping (optional)
• Screw cap tightening with pre-settable torque control
•  Tube unloading from the mandrel onto servo driven out-feed bucket conveyor
