Job Description

Easyfairs Iberia is looking for a Database coordinator to help in the support of his database activities.

Your Key Responsabilities will include:

To support data handling projects related to the visitor and exhibitor systems, and in particular to ensure the quality and accuracy of the data. This implies the support and / or the coordination of the following tasks :
data formatting
data cleanup
data de-duplication
data qualification
data import / export
To manage the relationship with external providers and the follow-up the requests about data-related services (catalog scan, data entry, data qualification, qualification enrichment…)
To support show managers for data analysis requests, present actual situation of the data for any part of the databases.

CRM exhibitors (Microsoft NAVISION)
CRM visitors (internal developments based Ms Excel - Access - .Net / SQL Server)
Email marketing (Emailvision)

Qualifications, Experience, Requirements

Technical skills :

Good knowledge Excel
Daily usage including advanced filtering, average knowledge of common formulas, conditional formatting, Text2Column functions
Is a plus (no needed) : pivot tables, macro writing
Is a plus : MS Access basic knowledge and VBA programming capacities.

Personal skills :

Ability to plan, coordinate, and solve problems
Ability to work in a team environment, establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
Ability to handle multiple projects
Ability to work with rigor and efficiency
Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
Possess good communication skills

Language Skills

Good written and spoken English is mandatory
