Staying true to its in-house DNA and commitment to innovation and service to brands, Virospack has reinvented the push button dropper, developing a new concept that brings together design, opportunity for customisation, and a greater and more controlled dosage. The company also meets client expectations for quality and functionality, two values key to the reputation of the supplier.

The design of Virospack's new proposal plays with straight and cylindrical lines in order to create the new compact push button dropper with the push button built into the design.

The dropper is composed of three visible parts which, together, form one single piece. Though forming one single pack, the three parts are independent and therefore each can be decorated differently and can be injected with a different colour.

The mix of straight and cylindrical lines culminates with a flat top, which is also customisable. The dropper actuator boasts a flat surface that can be decorated through colour, which can either be sprayed or metallised, and through artwork, using silk screen printing and/or hot stamping.

The dropper's dosage capacity is higher than that of other conventional push button droppers. Dispensing an average of 0.65ml of formula with just one push, this feature will undoubtedly be well valued by brands. Users benefit not only from the tightly controlled dosage, but also a more comfortable application due to the greater push surface.

The dropper can be paired with any of Virospack's tubular and/or moulded bottles, as well as all bottles in the market with a 20/410 neck.

Ultimately, this is a new dispenser development that, depending on its decoration and shape, can be made to appear more or less premium, more or less striking, and more or less feminine, thus ensuring a completely different and personalized final set for each client in order to match their brand image.

This dropper is the ideal cosmetic component for male or female facial, body or hair treatments, and oils or make-up products with lower viscosities.

The tenth edition of the National Design and Sustainability Awards came to a close on May 16th at an event held in Valencia, Spain, where the finalists and winner of the 2019 challenge were announced.
