These sites specialize in injection and bi-injection of solid pieces combined with complex surface treatments such as metallization and selective galvanization. They also offer sophisticated decoration techniques such as tampo printing, silk screen printing, hot stamping and laser engraving.

Before industrial production begins, the Innovation and Development teams at Albéa contribute their technical expertise of injection materials and production processes to develop custom products such as caps.

In addition to its range of caps, Albéa brings real added value to supply chain optimization by offering customers the possibility to combine several of its expertise: Pump+cap or pump+cap+sampler for fragrance. Other One-Stop Shop options are complete solutions where the group handles 100% of a product development: Cap+jar, cap+bottle+pump.
