    Albéa announces the acquisition of Eyelematic

    Albéa, the leading packaging company, today announced the acquisition of Eyelematic, a renowned expert in the manufacture of metal parts as well as plastic injection, decoration, anodizing and assembly. Located in Connecticut, USA, the three Eyelematic plants already serve the world's largest brands on the American market with a diverse product portfolio for the cosmetic, skin care and perfume sector.

    The acquisition of Eyelematic enables Albéa to add to the group's broad range of capabilities with the integration of metal forming.  Possessing this know-how is a major advantage in the world of Beauty and Albéa customers will now benefit from an even greater choice of solutions to support their needs.

    With the integration of Eyelematic, Albéa now has 34 sites in 13 countries and offers a wide range of packaging solutions for the make-up, skin care, perfume and oral care sectors.
