Albéa, global leader in tubes, is proud to introduce the First European manufactured oval laminate tube, Ovation™, a brand new oval laminate tube offering 10% more communication surface on shelf compared to an equivalent Ø50mm cylindrical tube.

Leveraging on its triple expertise in tube shape, structure and decoration, Albéa has developed the Ovation tube.

Ovation tubes feature an elegant, high-end and cost-effective oval shape. It is also combined to the new generation side-seam, Perfectiseam™: 360° printing, flat and nearly invisible. Ovation tubes are therefore perfectly suited for the cosmetic market. Ovation tubes can also be associated with our new all-plastic laminate Reflexion™ web for a premium eye-catching metallic look.

Ovation tubes feature the convenient Tandem™ flip-top caps. Tubes can be printed with flexographic techniques up to 8 colors. Silk screen and cold-foil are also available options, thus ensuring a sophisticated look. In addition, either in the traditional plastic web or the Reflexion™ web, the EVOH barrier ensures excellent formula protection.

This product showcases Albéa's capability in managing multi-site expertise. The web is printed in Albéa's Warsaw, Poland facility, the caps are injected in the Argonne France plant, and the tubes are assembled in Albéa Schesslitz, Germany for delivery throughout the world.

Ovation tubes address the Beauty & Personal care markets, namely shower-, body-, sun-, hand- and male grooming segments and are currently available in Ø50mm.
