SRP's PCR Airless Bottle

Following the launch of its ECO-Airless Bottle that has reduced plastic up to an immense 70% when compared to the known multi-component, bulky airless packaging, SR Packaging has furthered its commitment to sustainability, and replaced the PETG for PCR PE resin to introduce an alternative option - the PCR Airless Bottle.

SR Packaging has been committed to offering environmentally friendly packaging for many years and is active in developing greener packaging solutions, striving for an ever-reduced carbon footprint.

Comprised of up to 55% post-consumer recycled resin, SR Packaging's latest version of its Eco-Airless Bottle is manufactured for companies who are in need of PCR packaging, and at the same time an airless solution to protect delicate formulae. PCR Airless bottles not only cut down on plastic consumption, but they also put single-use plastic waste back into the business cycle instead of landfill.

SRP's PCR Airless bottle is produced with two plastic layers: a tough, resistant exterior made of PCR PE, and an inner layer of EVOH + PE. As the product is dispensed and pressure increases, this inner flexible pouch contracts and separates evenly from the bottle's exterior wall.
